Practicing Meditation in our daily lives can make us feel calm, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, improve concentration, diminish stress or pain, help cope with depression...the list is long but ultimately it can lead to a better quality of life.
To maintain an equanimous life we need meditation to help calm our "inner commentary" so that we can react less to things that typically have a tendency to make us feel strong, negative emotions.

4 week Focus plans:
1 session per week (4 ~ 45 minute sessions) $125
Group (up to 25 participants-please inquire for larger group rates)
Intro to Meditation - Lunch Session (60 minutes) $150
Intro to Meditation (2 hour session) $300
*Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session will result in charge of the full session rate.
