Practicing mindfulness in our daily lives provides so many benefits. It can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, improve concentration...the list is long but ultimately it can lead to a better quality of life.
Meditation is included in practicing mindfulness so you will experience this in most sessions.
Mindfulness discussions can be conducted one on one or in a group setting.
Single session (60 minutes, held virtually via Teams) $30
4 week Focus plans:
1 session per week (4 ~ 60 minute sessions, held virtually via Teams) $120
2 sessions per week (8~ 60 minute sessions, held virtually via Teams) $240
Group (up to 25 participants-please inquire for larger group rates)
Single Session (approx. 60 minutes) $150
Mindfulness in the Workplace Session (approx. 50 minutes) $150
*Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled session will result in charge of the full session rate.
