Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are good for those that are new to yoga and want to learn vinyasa flows and poses in a one on one setting before they attend a group class. Individual and Group sessions can both be accommodated.

Foundation Training 

FT is a series of exercises created by Dr. Eric Goodman to alleviate chronic backpain, improve posture and enhance athletic ability. I typically offer FT in a private setting but I can facilitate a group as well. FT is practiced to prevent and  alleviate chronic back pain.

Mindfulness

Practicing Mindfulness in our daily lives provides so many benefits. It can help relieve stress, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, improve concentration...the list is long but ultimately it can lead to a better quality of life.

Meditation

Meditation is simply breathing with intention. Practicing Meditation in our daily lives can make us feel calm, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, improve concentration, diminish stress or pain, help cope with depression...the list is long but ultimately it can lead to a better quality of life.
